Huge congrats to Marcie (Zoom X Cricket) for their many wins and new agility & Rally titles, to the Canadian (Lein-Zoom x Cricket) crew Raven, Crump, Kiwi, CARO, Styx (France)and Aly for their agility titles/wins and Ch. (Aly). To Crystal and Greg with West (Dare x Eiffel) Cathy and Lily (Dare x Eiffel) for their agility and conformation wins. To Carolyn and Hook (Germany/Zoom x Jenna) for their beginning agility titles, to Lorena and Juno, Cheryl and Lucy (Zoom x Mattie) for their agility wins, Anthea and Smudge for their CGS (Canadian), Nicole with Jinn (Megan x Speck) and Dervish (Dare x Eiffel) for their agility wins and HIT in Belgium. To Susan Laursen and Finnley (Dare X Hayden) for racking up points for agility finals and for their UKI 2nd place Open Finals in the 22" group. To Deb Langley and Kacie (Dare x Hayden) and Kip (Crissie x Jack) for their agility Q's and placements in ASCA and USDAA, to Sally and Pai for
Paiva (Dare x Hayden) had an awesome weekend to finish out our 2012 USDAA trial season. On Friday her DAM team "Days of Whine and Noses" with PWD Chantey and BC Romance was 3rd overall, on Saturday she qualified/placed in several classes including Steeplechase Round 1, and then today she earned her Standard Champion Silver (SACh-Silver) title and won Steeplechase Finals! To Sabine Mosler (Germany-Zoom x Jemma) July has got her BH title, Hook also and Enna also.
BH title is a title for compenion dogs in Germany from the VDH (FCI registered).
The dogs have to show, that they are nice with other dogs and other animals, all kinds of people (children, old people, people with handicap, people on a bicycle or running people). They have to stay alone a while, when the handler goes away and stay calm.
They have to do a long heelwork with "sit" and "Down" while handler moves on.
They have to come in front and in heelingposition again when called.
They have to stay 30 feet away from the handler in down positon during another dog is doing his heelwork exercises.

Lorena Proia and Western Hill's Tempest aka Juno(Zoom x Mattie), Lorena writes: We ended our day with a bang! 1st in our ASCA Novice Jumpers run. We were the fastest dog in 20" & 20+"!!! Not bad for the very last run of the day. Juno now has her Novice Standard, Novice Gamblers and now, her first leg in Jumpers. :-)

From Bev Hurst/Lein-Canada: Zoom babies did well at their AAC trial. Kiwi (tracey Kolman) got a q in gamblers and 1 in snookers....Raven(my girl) got a q in standards and a first place, Crump and Lyric ran well but the courses were extremely difficult for starter level. Out of 240 runs in advanced and starters, there were only 25 q's Masters the next day I don't think there were more than 30 out of 240 runs....tough tough courses, but a challenge is always good, sends you back to the training field.

Deb Langly & Windmill's Chasing a Dream(Kip),08/6-7/2011 PASA/ASCA agility Prunedale, CA. Deb writes: Kip earned 3 Elite regular Q's, two Elite gamble Q's and one Elite jumpers Q (to finish Kip's titles and add points towards his ATCH) He's such a good boy.

Deb Langly & Windmill's Dare to Dream(Kacie)8/6-7/2011 PASA/ASCA agility Prunedale CA. Kacie made her ASCA agility debut. Deb writes: first place regular Q and a second place regular Q all in novice (her first ASCA trial). I entered her in four events for the weekend, so I'm pleased with how well she did. She watches her mama and is sensitive to my moves.

Marci Thomas and Lein's Dancin to XS in Dixieland aka Dixie (Zoom x Cricket). 08/06/2011-Marci writes: Today in CPE Dixie :
Q'd with a 1st place in Fullhouse Level 3, Q'd with a 1st place in Jackpot Level 2, Q'd with a 1st place in Wildcard Level 2.
She ran a course in 5.13 yards per second..the course time was 35 seconds, she did it in 15.70 seconds clean. With weave poles and a call off of another obstacle.

8/7/2011 ASCA Texas show. Huge congrats to Heidi Mobley/Pam Smith and Western Hills Sure Thing aka Rocker (Zoom x Mattie) for going WB winners bitch to finish her Championship. Thank you Terri Morgan for the win.

Marci Thomas and Lein's Dancin to XS in Dixieland aka Dixie (Zoom x Cricket).07/30/2011-Marci writes: Today at CPE in Elk Grove Dixie earned her CL1-S.
She earned a 2nd place for that title. Then she earned a level 2 fullhouse Q with a first place. That moves her up to level 3.Happy fast dog. I had the judge ask me where she was from and who she was out of. Said she was awesome. Many people commented how fast she is....

 

SVCH Ch. Windmills Need For Speed DNA-VP(Zoom), 7/16-17/2011 NorCal stock trial. Q'd/class placements 5/6 runs and earned more finals points for sheep and ducks.

 

Deb Langly & Windmill's Dare to Dream(Kacie),7/16-17/11 SMART/USDAA agility Monterey CA. Kacie made her agility debut. She Q'd/3rd in Starters Standard and Q'd in Snookers.

Ten runs, 8 Qs (including 2 more Super Qs - she's gotten 8 since finishing her ADCh last October!), 3rd in Steeplechase Round 2. Pai had a perfect record
today, qualifying in all 5 titling classes :- ). on all their agility wins.

Jean Seaman and CH Evergreen's Irish Blessing(Dell).Silver Bullet Working trial 05/21-22/2011. First time competing in open ducks Dell qualified with a scores of 99-2nd place, 99-1st place and 108- 1st place.

Marci Thomas and Lein's Dancin to XS in Dixieland aka Dixie (Zoom x Cricket).05/15/2011-Marci writes: Ran Dixie in CPE today. Q'd 3 out of 5 for her first full day of trialing by accident. Came home with a 1st in Fullhouse. A first in Wildcard. A 2nd in Snooker.

Shane finished his NA, NAJ and NF with 5 out of 6 Q's (4 firsts and 1 second place). This was his 2nd AKC Trial and 3 new titles this weekend. He was a very good boy!

 

Sandra McGee and Windmill's Dare Ya Err (Paris)05/14/2011-Sandra writes: Paris wants everyone to know she aced her ORT today in Davis. She was very calm and collected waiting outside the door. When the door opened I handed her pass to the steward and we waited a few minutes for the steward's instructions. Then we walked the remaining few steps to the start line - already she was in search mode. Although she did have to get a quick look at the people sitting off to the left (judges, score keeper, etc). Soon as she dropped her head I said "search" and off she went. She skipped the first two sets of boxes in both rows. Checked the 3rd box and 4th box on the left (I could tell she favored box #4) and then she moved over the the adjacent box in the next line. Checked the box just beyond it - you could tell the odor was drifting from the opening/closing of the entry/exit doors). She came back to box #4 in the first row. Sniffed it, pushed it and pawed it. "Alert" and the judge said "yes". I don't know her time yet - will be posted later on the web site but she was pretty quick I think. So funny, once I said alert and she got her reward she was ready to leave the building. She is so matter of fact about her "job".

She earned a 204 out of 200 and got third place!

4/16-17/2011 Huge congrats to Sahara Lowery and Haulin Bye Movin On "Reddi" (Zoom x Shiloh) on their Jr. handling stock scores of 123,123,121 and 120 at the Silver Bullet. This was their 2nd trial and first time on course F. Sahara is 13 and Reddi is 2. Click here to watch 3 of the runs

Jean Seaman and CH Evergreen's Irish Blessing(Dell).Silver Bullet Working trial 04/17-18/2011 First time competing in open sheep Dell qualified with a score of 101.5-2nd place. The next trial she qualified with a score of 105.5-1st place...for her title. She competed the following day receiving qualifying scores of 95 in both trials. This was on course F.

Marci Thomas and Lein's Dancin to XS in Dixieland(Dixie).04/02/2011 CPE agility-Elk grove Marci writes: Fullhouse level 1 27 points (or was it 28?).
She needed only 19 points ..but earned enough for championship level.
She ran it at 23 seconds..had 30 seconds plus an extra 5 for time to stop the clock...

04/02-03/2011 ASCA/PASA agility trial, San Martin CA. Huge congrats to Nicole & Jinn, Marsha & Shane, Susan & Finn and of course Zoom, for earning multiple Q's and class wins/placements.

Marci Thomas and Lein's Dancin to XS in Dixieland(Dixie).3/12-13/2011 first time trialing in rally qualified with a score of 200/200. Sunday saw a qualifying score of 198/200. WTG Marci and Dixie

 

2/26-27/2011 ASCA/PASA agility trial, San Martin CA. Huge congrats to Nicole & Jinn, Marsha & Shane, Susan & Finn and of course Zoom, for earning multiple Q's and class wins/placements.

 

Huge congrats to Gail Fraizer and Bindi (Zoom x Tyme). 2/19-20/2011 AKC agility trial. Gail writes: Bindi earned two more Novice AKC Agility titles on Saturday and entered the Open Class on Sunday. She qualified 6 out of 6 runs with 5- 1st places and 1 - 2nd place!!! She's quite the girl and loves the agility game. Bindi continues to improve and we're having so much FUN....soooooo she's now....OXFORD'S EWE GO GIRL *NA, NAJ, NAF, **CL1-R, CL1-F, CL1-H AKA "BINDI"

Nicole Watts and ADCH, ATCH, A-Ch. Windmill's Djinn Fizz(Jinn)2/12-13/2011 USDAA agility/Turlock, Jinn Q'd 10 out of 12 rounds - got a Q-1st and Q-3rd in standard, Q-4 and 5th in jumpers, Q-4th in gamblers, qualified for the second round of Steeplechase (even with a 5-pt fault for ticking the broad jump), and took home $11 from the second round . They got a pairs Q and another gamble Q on Sunday. And then at the end of Sunday they had a really fun Grand Prix run and got 2nd place, two-thirds of a second behind the first place BC :-) .view Jinn's smugmug gallery.

Sally Josselyn & Windmill's Uusi Paiva(Pai),1/1-2/11 MADness USDAA trial, Pai 2nd in Team Gamblers and 3rd in Team Jumpers. Pai also earned a silver medal in DAM and was 3rd high scoring 22" dog overall.
